HP Re-Entering Smartphone Race

Smartphone market valued billions of dollars are now in the hands of Giants like Apple, Samsung, Sony and Google. HP has announced now, that it is ready to enter the smartphone race once again. The smartphone world has changed a lot since HP left the market. Android has become the world leader in number of devices and features.
HP's decision to re-enter mobile space can increase the race for tech-giants, thus compelling them to introduce innovative features. It is worth mentioning that, although HP opted out of mobile space, but it still remains active in the Tablet making, introducing new models of Tablets then and there. It is also known for some of the most innovative ideas like integration of android in tabtops. The reason for HP's failure can be its premium or high pricing. Pricing is a great market strategy. Thus to emerge successful, HP must look into its cost.

HP Working on a Smartphone

Yes, this is not a rumor, but an official news. It is said that HP is readying a top-end smartphone, which probably would run on Google's android.
The CEO of HP said in an interview "Being late you have to create a different set of proposition. There are still things that can be done. Its not late. When HP has a smartphone it will give a differentiated experience."

What did "differentiated" mean ? for that we must wait for a smartphone release by hewlett packard.
